Booking flights?

I know this is a non-Disney question, but I have gotten great advice on this board and would appreciate anyone's input.

We are looking to fly to the US Virgin islands next June. How far in advance to you purchase out of the country airfare? The last WDW trip I made, I purchased 5 months prior. I am already looking at Travelocity for pricing, do I need to book now or can I wait to see what the fares are like in the next couple of months?

Try the Price Predictor on Bing. I've found it to be surprisingly accurate. But, generally, the sooner the better (unless your dates are flexible, and then sometimes you can snag good deals more last-minute).

As soon as it is available for sale, just like a domestic fare.
