Have not been able to look for a booking in about 2 weeks. Have tried iphone, android, incognito browsers, clearing cookies, etc. Nothing works. I can log in but after I put in my dates, I only get the 7 Dwarves. I'm going to try to chat with them now.

They do, MS closes early on Christmas Eve and is closed all day Christmas.

I've been having this issue as well. I'm looking for a night in August and all I see after I submit the date is the 7 dwarves. I love me some Snow White...but . I may have to call.

Im having this weird glitch where it shows vdh as an option to search and automatically check marks it and if I hit search i get the dwarves.

I have to uncheck it each time to perform a search. I believe this is happening because im resale and my otup came from vdh. So now it is counting it as a home resort to search but then errors out because i dont have access to book vdh without otup.

Super annoying that im probably going to have to do this all year.

Hopefully one day soon we will all laugh about what a pita booking dvc used to be and how did we deal with that.

To be fair, it's all of Disney websites that are bad...

Modifying a reservation on DCL is often impossible for me, I see the dwarves at least half of the time I want to explore modifying my trip. I wondered if Disney was putting me in a time out!

That's why I think the DVC website will Never be fixed... they can't even make their websites that generate revenue work... they have our points money no matter what!

You're right the cruise website is so slow and awful but somehow they figured out an app I think a dvc members app would be cool with booking options and room descriptions! Easy to view dashboard that actually displays accurate points

Did anyone find out from MS if something is up with the website? I’m not actively looking to book a vacation right now but have wanted to keep an eye on availability, and I get the dwarfs when I try to click through to see availability. This has been happening for weeks. Are some people successfully booking trips?

My "usual" browsers (Orion, Firefox; on MacOS) are both Dwarfed. Orion isn't that surprising, as it is the most experimental of the set I often use, and probably one in twenty "commercial" sites do not work with it. Firefox is my "this web site does not work on Orion" backup, but even that is wedged. This is after clearing all browser state in Firefox.

However, I am able to get to the booking screen on the stock Safari I almost never use. So I suspect there is some piece of persistent state that is wedged in the other two; possibly driven by one of my extensions, which I have not removed. Try downloading a brand new browser, selecting from among the most popular, and see if that works.

The last few days I’ve been checking availability and booking using Safari on my iPad without any problems.
