How far out can you book a DL hotel? Right now it only shows to the end of 2019. Can you book further out on the phone or through an agent?

No. You just have to wait.

You should be able to do a room only reservation for 2020 over the phone, but not a package.

They usually release prices/dates in late July or early August, so you should be able to book online for 2020 starting then.
