Thanks . I can totally do raw sushi if it's good enough. Does anyone know of any cooked sushu rolls at California Grill?

Thank you so much! I really like the Tuna Three Ways at Cali Grill but I think I would like this too by the look of it. I'll have to try it in August!!

I saw the "Tuna Three ways" being delivered to another table (after we were done eating) and REALLY wanted to try it...but was too full !

Gee - ANOTHER REASON that I have to go back !

Before dining at California Grill, I was skeptical about eating sushi as part of a meal of food from other parts of the world, but my husband and I the Malibu roll and a salmon/creme fraiche flatbread for appetizers and the whole thing was just out of this world.

I feel like I'm repeating myself a lot on these boards lately, but out of the numerous signatures we tried on our trip, California Grill was far and away our favorite and the one signature place I will be pay OOP for when we return with our son in February.

The fact that we had a front row seat for Wishes during on dinner on Valentine's Day was just the icing on a delicious cake.
