Starting to think Disney hates me. Mid-ship location which some people like. I don’t care about that. Short walk to the soft serve. I love that. Close to activities, which is nice. High floor which some people like. I am a deck 6 girl. Not fond of the deck 10 verandah overhang. Is a “communication stateroom.” Apparently, the bed vibrates when the doorbell rings. Not sure how I feel about that. Now the Disney hates me part. It appears we are directly below the Mickey pool/deck area. I can’t find any reviews for this room but did read a travel agent would NEVER book a client there. Would appreciate any experiences people have in this stateroom area. At any rate, got a small discount on the price and will have lots of easy soft serve. Will have lots of fun!
We have stayed in 10098 on the wish and treasure, love the location and we haven’t heard a thing from up above. Just booked the treasure again for cabin 10098.

That is great to hear. Looks like that room is a little further down at the stairs and elevators. Perhaps a little more out of the fray. Location-wise, 10070 seems like a good spot to access all the fun spots.

We were right across the hall in 10073 on the Wish a couple of months ago and had no noise or other concerns related to the deck above. Now we were of course up on deck 11 during the sail away party and pirate night show/fireworks, so cannot comment on any specific noise during such events. But in terms of everyday noise from the pool area or off hours staff cleaning etc. we had zero issues with this location. And being only one deck below food and pools, as well as equally spaced between both elevators, was great!
Do not let worries about stateroom location impede your excitement ahead of your trip. You will have a wonderful time and a great vacation.

That is good to hear. The day and evening noise doesn't bother me at all. I have read reports that being under the deck with pools and deck chairs can be very noisy early in the mornings (crew cleaning and putting out chairs for the day). It sounds like that may not be the case on the Wish? I am also extremely happy that I did not get a white wall verandah!
