Book idea help ~ Florida ABCs

Good morning!
I am wanting to do our last trip to Florida in an ABC style... We did 7 days in Orlando ( 1 @ MK, 1 @ DTD), 3 in Ponce Inlet visiting the lighthouse & Marine Science Center and 1 in Cocoa Beach. We flew down and drove home. I am looking for different ideas on how to incorporate this into an ABC style book. Thanks!
