Anybody been to the Bon Voyage Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno lately? About how much time is needed? Character meals can sometimes chew up 2 hours .TIA!

We were there last week and spent 90 minutes, but we ate slow and had a cup of coffee after.

We did their walk-up a la carte option about a week ago and even that was slow! I would plan at least 90 minutes.

This was in January, but we arrived at 7:45am for our 7:55 reservation. They seated us immediately.

We made it to the IG with 5 minutes to spare before Epcot’s 9am rope drop.

I am sure that as the morning goes on it gets more backed up. For us, it was one of the most efficient (not rushed) character meal experiences we’ve had. We were hoping to make rope drop and did without even rushing at all.

If you’re worried about time and early breakfast is an option, I’d recommend that.

Ours has been about an hour and a half, but we normally do HS EMH and then walk/boat over there for a brunch time thing, get back to HS after noon.....they have had us wait for a bit before seating us as the morning gets backed up....

We went first thing in the morning and were done in about 50 minutes.

Our was an hour but we took our time. The steak was one of the better cuts i have had in Disney in recent years and while the pancakes were a bit dry the strawberry made up for it. The pastries were great too.

We were just there for a late reservation, it took about 75 minutes - it was great though. When we first checked in I asked how long the way was going to be and they looked at me confused and confirmed we had a reservation. I was used to the O'hana reservation system where you had an 11 o'clock res and they are running 40 minutes behind. They seated us immediately at 11:30 even though there were several people hanging around the waiting area, surprised me.

My reservation was at 8:10. It was a little less than an hour, but as soon as we were seated the male characters were moments from our table and the females about 20 minutes later I guess it depends on where the characters are when you are seated and if you have to wait for them. I was at Ohana a few days later and waited forever for Stitch, well beyond when we finished eating and the table before us had 9 guests and about 4 -5 of them wanted a shirt signed, and then an autograph book signed, then individual photos, group photos etc.... Just that table was over 5 minutes.
