Boat Rentals?

We are thinking of renting a boat one afternoon. We are staying at POFQ but I have not found much info about them. I know how much they cost. What is a rycer and how many people does it hold? Are there any limitations as far as who can drive a boat? Reviews it is kind of expensive is it worth it?

DH and DS rented a small boat from POR, and loved it! I think they share the same marina with POFQ. If so, here is a picture of the boats -

If I remember right, they open at 9:00am, and you can call and resrve one. I don't think there were any restrictions other than wearing a life jacket. The CM explained to DH how to operate it in a very short time.
