Board really slow

More often then not, recently, the cursor will go into the circle like its refreshing, Ill get a draft saved message but it takes forever to come up or when I hit the space bar, the page will scroll down. Plus it takes a really long time to type any replies because the page seems to hang up. As an example, I gave up after 5 minutes of trying to type this on the board, and copied and pasted from MS Office so I can get other things done sometime tonight. It has taken me over 10 minutes to try and type this message

It seems to be interment at best. There has been a few times in the last week Ive been able to post in a timely manner. Just typing those 2 sentnces, the board hung up 5 times. Ive tried 2 different computers, my phone and 3 different locations and have had the same issues. I'm on a boater board that is also Vbulletin and never had a problem there
One of the threads I was replying to I posted that question, and someone said they were having it also at that time and on and off recently. It just seems to be getting progressively worse to me at least recently. Btw I gave up typing on the board and went back to using cut and paste from Word for this response. Its been about 5 minutes for me to type this response.
