BlueZoo Restaurant.com Gift Certificates

I sure hope that the Shula's in Orlando will still participate at Restaurant.com. I bought a Restaurant.com cert. for Shula's in Baltimore in May and 2 weeks later Restaurant.com emails saying the cert. cannot be used as Shula's was no longer participating. So be advised that these restaurants can break contract with Restaurant .com even though the cert. is not expired they can refuse to accept. I actually had it happen to me many time with certs., of course they will credit your account, but still fustrating. I always call every restaurant before I go to use a cert.

Has anyone purchased the gift certificates from Restaurant.com. They have $100.00 certificates for $8.00 if you use the code SUMMER. It does not specify a restaurant on the certificate, but when you look at the available restaurants, Shula's is listed.

If from the home page you do a restaurant search, the only amount Shula's shows is $25.00

I wonder if they will only allow for $25 rregardless of the amount on the certificate.

I might be totally wrong, but I think the Restaurant.com certificates are to be used to purchase other restaurant certificates from their website: ie you could use it to buy 4 of the $25 ones offered.

When I have bought certificates to send to others as gifts, I usually purchase the $25 certificates in multiples so it doesn't confuse them when they go on the site to purchase the specific restaurant certificates. It is a great way to thank those who I only deal with online such as my dreams unlimited agent.

if someone has already posted this then I apologize, but for those of you asking for discount codes ... just register at the website and they will send them to your email address.

later in the month they will usually send out a code that will give you up to 80% off the purchase price on available dining certificates.

Adding: we have used these GCs here at home as well as in Las Vegas at some pretty upscale places and we have never had any issues using them. It's a great service and a great deal!

You can use their address (the restaurant.com one on their site). They have recommended this to non US residents.

Just got a Blue Zoo 25$ gift certificate for 2$

Was interested in Garden Grove, but it is dinner only and I only plan to eat there for Breakfast.
