BLT - Top of the Tower Lounge Questions

I am a DVC member (OKW) staying on points at BLT in a dedicated 2-bedroom for the first time in August. I have a couple of questions about the Top of the Tower lounge.

I understand that it is open for "tours" during the day? Do they still give fastpasses if you take the tour? Are the tours appropriate for if you already own DVC?

Is the lounge open late afternoon/early evening? I have a family member that might enjoy time away from the main group

What kind of snacks/drinks are available? Are they complimentary or for purchase? Do they take the DDP?

Normal operating hours for the Top of the World Lounge are 5pm to midnight. Access is controlled by a host/hostess on the first floor. The TOWL has the same drink menu as all other bars/restaurants on property. I don't believe that they take the DDP, but they do give the Tables in Wonderland (TiW) discount.

The tours are of BLT including TOTW lounge. We took one last year while staying at BLT. We arranged the tour with the CM at the DVC kiosk in BLT's lobby. Since we were staying at BLT, they let us cut the tour short and we didn't go see the Community Hall and pool. After seeing a guide and getting the add on incentive prices, we were given fast passes for myself and DH. We do have any children. Others have mentioned that they get more if they have children. As usual there wasn't any pressure to buy, they just answered our questions.
