Blizzard beach - how crowded over Easter week?

Are the water parks just as crowded as the parks Easter week? We're really debating on whether or not to even go at that time of year.

Went the week following Easter in 2003. Typhoon Lagoon wasn't bad, but it still had a lot of people. The next week we went to Blizzard Beach and it was more crowded, but there seemed to be a lot of high schoolers there (perhaps senior trips). Definitely more manageable than summer, but still somewhat crowded. I also found it a little too cool for me (high was barely 80).

If you want a lounge chair to sun bathe then get there right when it opens. We found 1 upright chair for the 5 of us just to drop our towels on etc. Little did we know later when we came back that it was the smoking section. Yikes, terrible with ds asthma, we got out of there in a hurry. We too found typhoon lagoon a little less crowded.

My son and I will be there next Easter. About a week ago he told me he wants to go to both water parks.

I plan to be there as soon as they open. That way we should be able to get all the major slides done before the parks get to crowded.
