Has anyone grown one of these before? I planted one last week in a container with a trellis, it's still small, but so pretty! :)

If you've had or have one, how well did it do?

Kim:)

Kim sounds interesting. Have never seen one. What's the foliage like, and does it flower only in the spring or all season?

It's beautiful Kim. The data says: does well in most southern climates does this mean it not hardy?

We shall see Mamu! :D

My special care data tells me to protect it from late night frosts (done with that I hope!), and temperatures over 30C in full sun. I have it on the deck where it does get some protection from the afternoon sun, since it's supposed to be daylight sensitive.

I'll let you know how it goes! :D

I've never seen it, nor have I ever heard of it.

Boy, it sure looks beautiful.

Let us know how it goes, Kim.

I had this and gave it to my mother who still has it.

It is a very easy vine to propagate just take cuttings and put them in water.

This vine is all over the Animal Kingdom. They also have a Pink flowered one there I would die to get a cutting of!

We had bleeding heart plants (not sure if that is different from bleeding heart vine) growing wild in the neightbors back yard. They were very hardy. She never did anything to them. They grew back every year. They were very hardy.
