Hey there team how is everyone doing????
I am doing OK so far.....have cut back on my pepsi but haven't cut it out completely yet but am working on it.
I actually brought my lunch to work today....I never do that. I have a cajun chicken wrap, celery and grapes......yummy!!!!!!

That was way out of control. I have exercised the last two days at the gym and it really felt good. Now this morning I awoke with such a stiff neck. I must have slept wrong. Of course my chiropractor is in Arizona golfing.

and do not want to eat anything which is not good. We are going out to dinner in a few minutes and I am going to try and be abnormally good. 

Light beer only! Actually 2 is my limit so I can handle that.

Same here, a bit of protein (especially if there is a little fat involved, like a piece of cheese or an egg) really holds me for a long time. When I have cereal for breakfast, I'm STARVING at 10:30
I sort of 'flip' my meals. Lunch type food for Breakfast, Dinner food at lunchtime, and breakfast at Dinner. I really like having my biggest meal of the day mid-day and because I work a little late and exercise at the end of the day (at least for the rest of the hot months) I need a lighter meal that late in the evening, usually with some carbs.

, I know I shouldn't but I often just don't get time to eat first thing or just don't feel hungry. I am shopping tonight and have decided I will get something in for breakfast that I like and is healthy.
