Hey everyone!
A healthy recipe.....hmmm..... I think I need to find one. I really cook pretty plain and low-fat because DH had a triple bypass Feb 06 so I needed to change how I cook to keep him healthy. That also answers the question of how easy is it to eat right in the house.
My biggest problem is going out to lunch with the girlfriends and making unhealthy choices. Also when I make brown rice or potatoes I use butter which is something I need to change. Unfortunately I like the fat in my diet it just doesn't like me.
I have a question though, how do we report out losses?
Weekly? Monthly?
