The last few days have went really well for me. My eating has been better and I've found it easier to stay on track. I'm actually looking forward to next Tuesday for my weigh in

SeaSpray, I am here to tell you that you do NOT need use of your feet or legs to exercise. There are a TON of exercises/cardio you can do while sitting. Don't let not being able to walk or stand stop you from exercising. Warning, tough love ahead: saying things like that is just an excuse.
