I already knew I wanted to do the tasting menu but I found out I’d still have to make some choices.

Awesome reviews and pics Bill! I've always wanted to read a review of Bistro and hadn't really run across one that gave much detail. Thanks so much for including the pic of the menu! Everything sounded great.

By the way, you are correct. Char is closely related to salmon. They are also closely related to trout, and as such, are a much more mild tasting fish than salmon.

Thanks sooo much Bill for taking the time to offer such a comprehensive review of Bistro de Paris! I made an ADR today for 9/29 @ 7pm so we can catch the fireworks. I am leaning towards the menu w the wine pairings. My friend and I are spending the day @ Epcot pre cruise and I have always wanted to eat there;but finding any info is hard!Thanks again! Angel

Glad to hear you like the Bistro. Our favorite used to be V&A's for a elegant dining experience, but felt it has gone down over the last 10 years and the Bistro is now our favorite and must do when at WDW.
