Bike and Boat plan?

Can anyone tell me about the bike and boat plan? What's included? Price? Is it per day? What are the minimum # of days you can take?

We used the Family Bike & Boat Plan on our last trip. It is for up to 5 family members and is $198.00 plus tax for your length of stay. We stayed 2 weeks at BWV and then moved to VWL for our last week and we were able to use bikes or boats for the entire time. If you are staying a shorter time, the price is still the same. You can use water mice, pontoon boats, and regular bikes (not surrey bikes). They like you to check in with them after 1 hour of use.
You have to pick one marina/bike barn that you will be using during your stay. We picked VWL because it has access to the biggest lake and biking to Fort Wilderness is fun.

I rummaged through our papers and found some more info. The total for the Family Plan with tax is $210.90 The description reads"Unlimited Recreation at Wilderness Lodge for length of stay with boat and bike rentals excluding surrey bikes."
There is also a Captain's Plan for a total of $121.90 which is for "4 hours of boat/bike rentals excluding surrey bikes."
Water Mice are normally $23/ half hour or $32/hour and hold one person above 12 or 1 adult and 1 child.
Canopy Boat is normally $26.50/half hour
Pontoon Boat is normally $37/ hald hour
Mongoose bikes of various sizes are normally $4/ half hour, $8/hour, or $22/day.
There are no refunds (if the weather turns bad, I guess.)

Is the Captains Plan just for one day or could the 4 hours be spread out throughout a length of stay? Is it just for one person or for a family?

I would think you could use it in any combination over the length of your stay for any or all of your family members. For the Family Plan, they had a folder with our information including names & ages in our family. When we borrowed equipment they made a note of what and for how long. I would assume that they would handle the Captain's Plan the same way but just stop you when you reach the 4 hours.
