Mike - I completely changed my opinion on Mark during last weeks show and ended up liking him. I was crying when they got to see their family members...that would be so hard to see them for 10 minutes and then have to leave...I totally related to what Bob said about Andrea and having to keep her away from food during that time.

I was shocked at the weigh in when she only lost 1 pound and he only lost 2 - the way they're working out it was actually good for me to see that, it made it "okay" for me to lose that. Sounds a like crazy but...

And yes Mark looked GREAT!! He doesn't even look like the same person! Oh an Mike - awesome job on 5 pounds down!
Helen - congrats on the pound!

That just proves that all your work is paying off - you can miss a few days and you've still got your metabolism going because you're stronger now and have more muscle mass from all your walks. WTG!

Terry - we lived at Baxter and Clarkson. Do you ever go to Queeny Park to walk? The trails there are great! The hills killed me though.

Yep I went to Barnes for my scans - parking was the worst! I think I got lost on every visit. For my monthly visits I had a doc at Barnes West. How old are your kids? We're actually planning a trip to WDW for next year w/friends in Ballwin. Small World huh?

K&K'sMommy - cheer up - your hubby is right! As long as your eating is reasonable, you've been exercising consistently and building up your muscles. Next week you'll see a loss again, probably bigger than you've had for a while.

And remember no loss is also no gain!
Mountaineer - my feet would have been tired after 1 1/2 hours too!

Lunges always kill my thighs when I start them, but they are one of the best things you can do - WTG! Congrats on your 1.2 pound loss - that's awesome!!
