How should we plan this? We'll check in from home before we leave on the computer, but what about when we leave Florida? Do all hotels have wi-fi so we can bring a laptop and do it there? I think some disney places do, but i won't have a printer,so i'm out of luck. Do you think if we check in at the airport, we won't get seats together? We're flying Airtran

I fly Southwest. You don't have to print your boarding passes when you check in online, you can print them at the airport. I didn't have my comp with me, so i called my mom and asked her to check me and DW in. Then, when I got to the airport, I just printed my passes where I check my luggage.

If your staying on-sight they will check you in at the front desk or concierge

We flew Airtran in December. I went to the front desk the day before we left and gave them our flight information and they checked us in and printed out the boarding passes. It was very fast and easy.

No, all hotels do NOT have wifi- just to answer that question. And unless you have a dial up connection, you'll have to pay $10 day for high speed in most WDW hotels- that's why we keep our 9.95 AOL plan, specifically for travel.

HOWEVER, they will gladly check you in and print out your confirmations for you at the hotel desks or even at Guest Services in the parks- regardless of where you are staying.

cool Thanks! So If we're at say...Epcot the day before, at the right time, we can go to guest services and they'll do it for us?

Does anyone know if they will do this for you at the hotels that are offsite also?

You're best bet is to call the specific hotel you're staying at and ask them. Or you can do it at Guest Relations when you're in one of the parks.

Most hotels now have some type of internet kiosks that you pay by the minute. Log on, check your flights in hopes that they have been delayed or better yet cancelled due to snow at your destination airport:cool1: , check in, and print out boarding passes if necessary. Good luck, usually costs me less than $5 and well worth it.

I just checked on this. I emailed Nick Hotel and they quickly got back to me that they have a business center with printers, so we can check in 24 hrs before our flight.
