We will be there March 13-20. Staying at Shades of Green (SOG). Please help me with best transportation option to arrive the earliest possible to parks.
SOG to MK:
Option 1: Shades bus, leaves 30 min. prior to park opening. Pretty sure this won't be fastest option singe it goes to TTC.
Option 2: Walk across to Poly and take bus directly there (45-60 min early)
Option 3: Make mobile order and Uber to Contemporary and try to walk from there (yes, I know the reports say they aren't allowing it, but recent facebook groups say it's hit and miss...many guards are still allowing it with an mobile order)

SOG to AK:
1: Poly bus to AK
2: Uber to AK

SOG to Epcot:
1: Poly bus to Epcot
2: Uber to Epcot
3: Uber to swan and walk in

Thank you!

Poly buses are going to be your best bet in all three cases, I think.

To Magic Kingdom: You shouldn't have to have a mobile order to uber to the contemporary. I really don't think that's a requirement. And if they turn you around, just get out at the curb. The walkway is open between the Grand Floridian and Magic Kingdom, so you could walk the whole way there.

To Animal Kingdom: Uber will likely be fasters; it depends on how long you're waiting for a car versus a bus.

To Epcot: It kind of depends where you're planning to go in Epcot. Uber to Beach Club and walking in the International Gateway is likely quicker if you want to get to France or the UK, but an Uber to the front entrance would probably be quicker to anywhere else in the park. Again, Uber versus bus depends on how long you'd be waiting for either, which is a huge unknown.

Does beach club have a gate guard that will stop uber?
