Best studio option?

I'm booking a trip for my daughter, her DH and kids (DD 6 and DS 3). They'd like a studio but kids will not be able to share a bed/pull-out sofa (DS3 is too active and would keep his sister up all night! LOL).
Dates are in April and only SSR, OKW, AK Jambo house or Kidani have availability.
Which would you recommend?

I know BWV studios have the murphy bed option...any other resort have an option for a third bed? Thanks!

BCV, Poly, BRV, and VGF also have the Murphy bed. Can the 3 year old fit in pack and play? You may need an air bed of some kind.

He's too big for the pack and play. Since they will be going on a Disney cruise after the parks, they won't be able to bring an airbed along (they fly into MCO). Is there a rental place (cots, airbeds, etc) that Disney works with?

Kidani is newer than Jambo and I seem to recall double sinks at Kidani

Kidani does not have Murphy bed, and Jambo has the two sinks in dressing area.

I bedroom Standard at Jambo or Kidani or OKW may be the lower point options available.

Kidani has larger studio rooms than Jambo. At 3 years old he's still a lightweight. I'd make a bed for him on the floor using extra blankets, pillows and a quick call to housekeeping to request a mattress topper to fold up, wrap in a sheet and use as the mattress. I used to do this with my son when he was too old for a crib, but would fall out of bed when we traveled. Worked out fine. He loved his little space.
