We have two rooms reserved at Pop Century for Oct 20-25 through the Best Rate Program. Our friend (who is the reason we chose Pop) may not be able to make the trip so we now may not need the second room. This leaves us with several questions: How do we cancel one room? Can you only call to cancel? Will we lose the entire deposit on that room or have a $50.00 change fee? Can we upgrade to a different resort and still get the AP rate since we are now at less than 60 days? Will anyone at CRO even be able to help us since we booked online through the Best Rate Program? Has anyone dealt with this type of situation that can give me a little insight?
