'Best' kiosks for SDFP?

What are the best kiosks for SDFP selection by park? (meaning, less likely to be crowded / more convenient after entering park)

I'm assuming for MK it's the one at City Hall (no lines ever?)
For Epcot, if I'm using the IG.. does the one there get lines?

What about HS and AK?
