Best Day of the Week to Arrive at WDW

Hi, all. I'm planning our next WDW vacation for early March and I'm curious as to what others view as the best day of the week to arrive at WDW and why. We are flexible on what days we can travel, so I'm just trying to plan the best possible experience. Maybe it doesn't make a difference, but I could see how it may affect some variables.

We arrived on a Wednesday (9/23) and it was a breeze. No lines for DME or front desk. Airfare was quite a bit cheaper, too!

(In terms of work, it was also perfect. Able to squeeze the week's important things into Mon/Tues before leaving and again on Thur/Fri after returning.)

We always arrive on a Thursday for 14 night, but the choice of day has more to do with the trip home TBH. Fly back to UK overnight Thursday, arrive Friday early morning then have 3 days effectively to recover before going back to work!!

Every day is the best day to arrive at WDW!!!

Airfare is traditionally cheaper on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday so that could be a consideration.

I always plan an early flight on a Saturday, so that we can take our time getting settled in our room before an early dinner - so that we can hit the parks well rested and early the next day. I don't know which day is best; I just try to get good airfare.

Am interested in learning what people think about this. For me it depends upon how long a trip I have planned. If long enough for two weekends then that helps with days off work to arrive on Thursday. If staying DVC I want Sunday so I need fewer points. I like arriving on a tuesday so that when everyone else is going home I am not!!! LOL!Honestly I don't think it matters unless I am only staying a few days and then I will arrive on a Friday so I miss less work.

I have never considered it. I don't think it makes much difference.

Whatever day I can get there is the best day.
