Best Breakfast????

are you interested in a character breakfast or non-character? there are several character breakfasts that would be great for your age children. chef mickey at the contemporary is a lot of fun. mickey, minnie, goofy, and chipndale(i think), and donald are there. crystal palace in the magic kingdom is fun also, but here you will find pooh and his friends. at the polynesian there is lilo and stitch breakfast. our favorite is donald's breakfastasarous in animal kingdom. here you will find mickey, goofy, pluto and of course donald. these are all served buffet style. as for as non-character breakfast, we enjoy whispering canyon cafe at the wilderness lodge, boatwrights at port orleans riverside, trails end buffet at fort wilderness, and olivia's at old key west. hope this helps! enjoy!

I would say Chef Mickeys. The atomshpere is excellent and the "big" characters are there. For a first time I think you would really enjoy this place.

I would say with the age of your children that Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom and Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary Resort are the best choices. Chef Mickey's has the main Disney charaters which should not be missed. Crystal Palace has the Pooh characters which are very popular with most younger children. Both have a great breakfast buffet with plenty to choose from and booth have great character interaction.

Both places are very popular, so make sure to make ADR's as soon as you can so that you can get in on the day you want and as close to the time you like as possible.

My kids eat more at the Family Style (CRT, PSB, Ohana)or Order off the menu breakfasts kona & GF Cafe, so when we are looking to fill them up that is the type we eat at. And they also love Room service for breakfast. I find that my kids do not eat much at the Buffett Char Meals to much excitement.

we definitly want a character breakfast. we are not very early risers.

i am just getting overwhelmed with all the info out there

thanks again for your help

We LOVE CP, but not Chef Mickey's. Food is much better at CP, you can get in the park early because the first seating is at 8:05, and best of all - Pooh! It's always a highlight of our trip.

I'd go for the Crystal Palace. The atmosphere is more calming and I liked the food at lot better there than Chef Mickey's.

Of the breakfasts we have done, Chef Mickey's has been the best. Breakfast is good and the characters are the awesome! Goofy is always so friendly and funny. On our last trip, Pluto had fun with our youngest Dd and her m n m's. Always good memories from our visits there. :thumbsup2

Donald's breakfast in AK and O'Hana breakfast at Poly are both really good. I especially love Donald's (but that could be because I'm a big Donald fan). Donald's breakfast is a buffet, though. Breakfast at O'Hana's is served family style, so that may be a better choice for you. Also, there is a lot of character interaction at that breakfast.
