That's really a great idea this time of year......pop one out, heat it up and go to a party!!!!!!!

I just let them cool down completely so they don't get steam in them and get ice crystals, then put that press n' seal plastic over them and then a lid so that way it doesn't get freezer burn. It works out great having extras already done and ready to throw in the oven and cook with no muss no fuss.
