I've already been seeing a doctor to get the initial fertility tests out of the way. So far everything is "normal" as the doc says. I have 2 more tests to go plus the dreaded one that DH has to do (he keeps putting this off) before we see a specialist. I'm not focusing on anything doctor related really. Just going through the motions. I'm putting off those last few tests till after our disney trip. I'm sooo focused on disney right now it's not even funny. I can't even focus on work I would love to adopt though if it comes down to it. I'm sure all those kinds of decisions will be made next year some time. I'm still young (26 in Sept) so I know I've still got pleanty of time

Oh good you're already going to the fertility doctor. Well at least you are ruling things out. Then after the disney trip you can get back to that. For now you can just go and enjoy your trip and not worry about anything. Who knows you may be so relaxed you'll come back pregnant. Stranger things have happened.

But you are young, 26, you have plenty of tiime ahead of you. Whatever is meant to be will happen in good time!!!

My DD's room is over the garage and it's impossible to keep the temp regulated. We thought having two ac's would help and it does but only a little. Our bill last month went up by $100! We have ceiling fans in every room but still need the ac on daily.

Ugh! I feel sorry for your DD. My room was over the garage in my parent's house too. They had 2 AC units as well and my room was still either the coldest or the warmest in the house. I lived in an appartment for 6 months and that's the only time in about 13 years that I haven't had a room over a garage. In our next house, my bedroom will be as far away from the garage as I can get it!!

The next thing to try for us is insulation for our garage door. We've got the insulation...it's just a matter of getting my DH movin' on putting it up.

yeah, and let me tell you, those tests are NOT fun. But, I figured it's better to know whats wrong instead of just walking around not knowing why we can't have children.

It would be nice to come back from Disney with such an awesome souvineer. I'm not holding my breath on that one though. Just gonna focus on eachother and have as much fun as we possibly can 'cause whenever we do have a little one, all the rest of our Disney trips will be focused on them
