I just said, going to call him at 9, when it is free cell phone minutes...

I downgraded my hosue phone to save money and making outgoing calls is very hihg....only kept my house phone as i have to hook up my house alarm to it..

Sarah, do you guys have a curfew for trick or treating like some of the towns due in the US??

For instance...you can trick or treat after school until about 5 pm...break until 6 to eat and then can trick or treat until 8pm and then everyone is supposed to go home and not be out....for safety reasons...

No we don't. Kids don't go out here until after it gets dark. Usually around 5:30 or 6 and most are back in around 8.

No one goes out before that.

You're allowed to freak out a little bit as long as you pull it together when you need to. I hope this is going to be the answer for you. I can't even imagine what you've been going through.
