Melissa, Senior pictures are taken for the yearbook and often for a framed collage at the school. They are usually taken with more care than the usual school picture, with several proofs to choose from. Carol, your daughter looks lovely. I'd have trouble choosing the one I wanted.

Diane, hope you have some answers soon. I know it is hard to go for tests day after day.

Marsha, your trip is almost here. Are you all packed and ready to go? I'm jealous.

Elaine, the pictures are great. Hope you've had time to check them out. I loved having them all in one place. Thank you, John.

Weird Al was funny last night. We were on the 7th row, so we felt like we were almost on the stage. The down-side was the huge speakers were right in front of us. It was painful. I had to go get toilet paper from the bathroom for all of us to plug up our ears! Even after that we had trouble hearing after we took the plugs out.

DH is off for a couple of days, so I'll be here off and on. We thought we'd all do some things together, before the kids go back to school (or band camp next week). See you guys later.

Thanks for all the positive feedback on Sarah's pictures. (Thanks Melissa, for explaining senior pictures to your name twin.) She had 21 proofs to chose between.

If you all want to come to graduation, be our guests. Just remember, a nice monetary gift to the graduate is customary. Ummm, maybe she can go to a private school after all.

I took Sarah to the local beauty school today and she got the front of her hair corn rowed, with the back still loose. It looks cute. Sort of a half Bo Derek look.

The dogs survived their dental work but are both still a little loopy from the sedation. They are walking around like they are drunk. It is kind of funny to watch.

We all removed the toilet paper before anyone saw it. At least we could all still hear. I'm not kidding, the kids even said that it made THEIR ears hurt and it has to be pretty loud for a 16-year-old to take a chance that someone would see him with tp in his ears. LOL! Al put on a great concert. Lots of laughs.

Glad to hear that Alan is doing well. Hope he comes back soon.

Carol, Amy had her hair done that way on our last cruise. It was darling and very easy to take care of. Hers lasted a long time, too.

We went to see Freaky Friday this afternoon. It's really quite cute. David even said it "wasn't bad". I'm fixing grilled sausages and wild rice for dinner. It's a lazy dinner, but it'll fill bellies and it's late.

Better run and check on the rice. I'll check back later.
