We finally made it to see POTC yesterday! What a hilarious movie! Johnny Depp is so funny.

I think I am almost done looking at all of the picture threads. Dan's choice of a song with his pictures is perfect!

Another rainy day here in NH. Looks like I'll be mowing the lawn in the rain...ick...
The deck building scheduled for next week is on hold until the builder can get his...well, you know...out of his other end!!!


Did I mention I have a dislike of contractors???

Good morning everyone.

I love all the picture threads. I don't know much about digital pictures but is anyone making a CD of the photos? I would love to have one to save these great memories.

Lars, If I had known/remembered that Matthew was in band, he and Andrew could have discussed that. But once again, that would be mom interfering.

The easiest class in my kids' schedules is band class. DS is taking physics and computer programing in his open spots. DD is taking publications twice so she can be newspaper editor. Also taking Speech and Debate, and a film class from the local community college. She is heavy in English classes and he is heavy in math and science.

I have to take both dogs to the vet today. They are having dental cleanings done. Have to be sedated for it. Shelties tend to have bad teeth and I get them cleaned so they will keep them. They just won't brush and floss and I won't do it for them.

Morning, Angels! Feeling a bit better again today. I certainly hope this is all residual from the virus. The doctor yesterday said she assumed it was, but the other cause could be neuro damage to the vegas nerve. Hope it isn't that! It scares me a little since I do have other neuro damage, but I'm trying not to think about that until after my neurology appointment Monday. LOL! Every day, DH askes if I need another co-pay!!! I have seen a doctor or physical therapist every day for the last two weeks!! Tomorrow will be my only co-payless day in two weeks. EEK do I HATE HMO's!!!

I am so bad, I got busy working on a 'project' in Photoshop and I jsut didn't make it online much at all last night. Sleepy though today, but I hope that I will be able to check out ALL the riddle con pics today

Carol, sounds like your kids will have a really good variety of classes there! It is neat to see that schools offer such cool classes too!

Ah yes, class schedules. DS always was heavy on math and science, and DD was English and arts. Come to think of it, DS was good at art too, but not so high on music. It was tough as a music teacher to see him not want to continue with band after he got to high school. DD made up for it though by going into music in college as well. She does a fair amount of professional playing now.

You know my dad's roof was starting to be replaced last night and I thought of him then (we had a small conversation about roofing prices). I hope all is well with him

CS, Actually some day I really want to go to DFW. I have a very good friend there that I'd love to visit. That and I've never been to Texas. I don't know though if that area is inexpensive enough for others to go to.

Just lurking again today as am mostly flitting between here and my bed!

Diane - Sorry you are having to go through so much! *Hugs* Always thinking of you and for you in the hope they get this sorted out soon!

To those asking after Alan - I've been wondering about him too recently. I hope everything is going to plan with moving and he joins us again soon!

Carol - You have a really pretty (not to mention photogenic!) daughter and I def envy her hair!! I'm confused by the term 'senior pictures' tho - is this something organised by school? Sorry to misunderstand if not!!!

Everyone else - sorry if I missed something important to feed back on! Oh yeah, I haven't sent my 'auntie' (LOL it feels strange to say that!!) parcel yet but working on it slowly. Hope to finish it this weekend as I hope to have my strength back and DBF will be away so I'll be able to.... shop!!! (LOL, not that he stops me when he is here )

I just realized - why all of the talk about RC2? Aren't we just going to all meet at Carol's house for the big graduation party, and then go to Sandi's house for the wedding? I'm sure their DD's won't mind if about 100 or so of their mother's best friends are added to the guest lists....

Carol, Sarah is just beautiful. Hard to pick a pose. I remember my senior picture, we got 2 poses, one with the diapers across the boson, one with a cap and gown. ANd they were black and white, we could pay extra for the "Drape" to be tinted a pastel shade. Times have changed.

I also PM'd Mr AlabamaAlan a couple of weeks ago, and saw him online once, but have not heard from him. Alan, we miss you!

Angels and Riddlers in Hawaii, the Kona Coast will never be the same. Diane is correct (IMO), Kona is the true Hawaii for me, too.
