Ditch Report: There were lots of people packed into The Ditch that day and we had to stand in line to get a table! There were 9 of us. Kat and her Johnny, Laura (Shenanigoat), Lori, Catherine, Roz (from DC), Linda (from AllEars) and myBob and me. We sat at the back table and ordered drinks and a little bit of food. We commented on the fact that some jerk stole the Avenging Angel. We also talked amongst ourselves for a bit. That it is.

We wanted to stop in after our frunch was over, but for the third time in a week of frunches we closed Bistro down and it was nearly 4PM by the time we left. When the presenter offers me extra cheese and wine I ain't going nowhere!!

Sadly we have been home a couple of days. I'm having F&W withdrawal pains! We had a fantastic time! Had so much fun, eating & drinking with Brenda, Chelsi, the Two Most Interesting Men in the World, Kat, Johnny & Robin.

We wanted to stop in after our frunch was over, but for the third time in a week of frunches we closed Bistro down and it was nearly 4PM by the time we left. When the presenter offers me extra cheese and wine I ain't going nowhere!!

I thought we'd get to see more friendies during the week but it didn't happen. But in true Friendie tradition, we just couldn't rush out of that frunch!

We are officially booked for next year at F&W. While I hate to do it, the Dolphin is offering rates that save us over $1,500 for the week. Guess it really is a no brainer since we really spend much more time in EPCOT and the savings pays for our expenses there. I just have to wrap my head around staying at a non-Disney resort.

You really can't beat being close to Epcot during F&W. Plus saving $1500!!! That's a good deal! I love DVC, but we've stayed at the Dolphin & it's a very nice, bonus the beds are much better than any of the Disney resorts.

I am so looking forward to both our upcoming cruise and then a few days at Disney..who am I kidding, definitely looking forward to the days at Disney the most !! I hope there is still some tasty treats left for us at those food booths on the 14th!

And now, onto other news. With our home finally sold, my husband is retiring from his current job at the end of the month. We'll take a trip to WDW, and then we will move to San Antonio in Dec.
9 years in Utah combined with an extremely stressful job (and blood pressure problems that have gone along with it) have given us enthusiasm for a change.

2011 will be an new adventure year for us!!

Heading back to the airport as I went to sit down on the ME bus there on the seat was a poor lost Bendy Friendie Button!! I sent Brenda a text thinking it was her's because I knew they had left just a hour or so before us, but they took a taxi. So who lost a button?!

Not I!!! Mine came home safe and sound with me, otherwise I would have been here crying big tears!

I wore mine on the strap of my cross-body bag, so it would hit about the place where I'd pin it on my shirt, but felt it was safer that way than if I had pinned it on the shirt and had to worry about the bag strap pulling it off. Even so, I checked to make sure it was there every once in a while, those are valuable pins!!!! (limited edition!)

It is amazing you found it on your bus!

I hear my husband saying "You've got yours, right? You've got yours?" (I read your post to him) so I just went and checked and yup, it is sitting on top of my jewelry box...
