Beer Festival 11/13 & 11/14-effect on crowds

How are the crowds in the parks on the days of the Beer Festival? We were planning on Sunday, arriving at opening time at IOA and then hopping over to US before lunch. Do you think crowds will be heavier that day, or will it just be more crowded in Citywalk?

I've been to the beer festival the last two years. In 2003, it drew 8,000 people (they expected 3,000). Citywalk was a zoo.

The parks may be a little busy in the morning if people start at the parks before the festival opens around 2 or 3.

I wouldn't worry about anyone from the festival going into the parks later in the day.

Don't plan on eating at any of the restaurants in Citywalk during the festival. The lines are really long until very late.
