Good point. So I set up yet another account for a different member of my party, and once again, that did not work. I can see that my 2014 ressie is populating into the new accounts; for example, on the new account, it "remembered" that my son has a birthday celebration, which I had entered in my previous account. So, switching people doesn't work. It still populates the error, as the error is tied to me ressie, not to the person who sets up the account. :(

To expound, however; what I've got to lose is that I am running out of email addresses which I can register. I tried registering my husband, and found that his two email addresses are already in the system, presumably from when I was having trouble last year. So that makes at least six accounts registered between the two of us, just to secure one dining reservation per year for two consecutive years. I hope Disney intends to fix this glitch; it's super annoying.

It's ridiculous and inexcusable that Disney, at this point and after all these years, still cannot get a system to work to the advantage of the using public. The cruise line's site is not much better either :sad2:

Don't try to use My Disney Experience at all, you only want a 'blank' disney.com account for the Be Our Guest Lunch site, and then enter your reservation number into the BoG site when it asks for it. Go to https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/ and select the create an account link and see what happens.

Has anyone been able to book for 12/11 yet?

I assuming you are American and thus probably mean you are trying to book for 11th of December? i.e. you want to book for 29 days time from now? If so, please could you read the FAQ in the first post regarding the booking window (27 days).

I can't book for any dates starting Dec. 8 through the 12th. Today is day 26. Hoping it opens soon!

Do you see the dates listed but with "no availability" shown when you try to select them, or not see the dates listed at all?

Interesting thing just happened now. I logged back in and now my first two days have passes but not my 3rd day yet. An hour ago those days were "no availability" but now they are there. I will try tomorrow for that day!

Update: Got the FP finally but never an email to do this. Glad I read this thread on the DIS and knew to go ahead and get one!
 
I had booked BoG FP last year using an email address. This year we have 2 resort reservations. 1 night at POR (dec 7), followed by 4 night Dream cruise (dec 8-12), followed by 7 nights at CSR (dec 12-19). Our MK days are dec 17 and 18.
When I logged into last years account it shows dec 7 to 13 of this not greyed out. All other dates greyed out.
So I created a new email address, and when I first logged in I only entered the CSR reservation number (dec 12-19). It still only shows Dec 7 to 13 not greyed out, and the rest is greyed out.
I know it's not 27 days yet to dec 12, but I'm a little worried that I won't be able to select FP for my MK park days.
2 weeks ago I called Disney Dining and they said it's not their department and put me through to IT. IT said at 27 days before dec 12, the following week will appear UN-greyed out. But I just found this thread today so I thought I'd confirm whether that is true.
Will it automatically unblock it 27 days before dec 12?

I read the first 7 pages of the thread, and basically if the second account does not work then wait till first day of the second reservation and try to get it at that time is what I'm reading. Don't know why the IT CM told me it will just unblock automatically 27 days from the first day of second reservation.
 
When I take the link I see something very strange. My check-in date is 12/19 and I can book from 12/13-12/20.

Yes, if your reservation is linked right, all of your trip dates will show. But if you try to book one and it is not within the 27-day window, you will get a message saying there is no availability. When I look at my reservation for 12/13-12/17, it shows all four days, but I can't book anything yet.

I have 3 resort reservations, over a 2 week period, starting next week. I have NEVER been able to see the dates open up for me, despite making 9 different BOG accounts, and linking the reservations. It seems like it works for most people, and I hope it works for you.

Has anyone managed to get a FP after they arrived, in the last month or so?
Although, those people probably aren't following this thead anymore! :rotfl2:

Thanks for the response. I will check exactly 27 days from Dec 12th (which is our check in date for 2nd reservation) to at least see if whether the IT CM was telling me the truth about it becoming unblocked. If still blocked I'll check again 27 days from Dec 17th (which is our first MK day). If it's still blocked off I'll check again on Dec 12th after the resort check in. I'll try to post as soon as I notice a difference on the website or when I'm able to get the BoG reservation.
 
Yes! Thank you so much for this thread. I was just able to hop on my phone, make a reservation for 12/11 at just the time I wanted (I did have to refresh several times) and pre-order a gluten-free meal for my sweetie and I (allergy filters worked perfectly). One thing I didn't expect was the 30 minute FP times. I assumed they would be an hour like regular FP.

Anyway, took a picture of the confirmation so hopefully it'll all turn out fine. That was the last piece of the planning puzzle so I really appreciate everyone's contributions. Thank you!!!!
 
Do the reservation for lunch open at midnight for December 12th.???

I tried going in to modify it, refresh it and even switched the date to get new times to pop-up but no luck. It only gives me the one 30 minute window. How do I get other options to show up after I have made a booking? I'll be leaving soon and my booking is on 11/22.

Andre, all of this was done on the BOG site, not MDE. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

So I waited until 4:00 AM to try again and this time I canceled my ressie altogether to see if it would give me new times and now I only get that there are no FPs available for any day of my trip:faint:
