Ideas where to vacation if not at WDW

Just got back from Mexico City and it exceeded my expectations. Had a fabulous time and definitely a place to add to people's list. This city is filled with great food, museums, architecture, people, history etc. What surprised me was all the green spaces. The streets were filled with trees, cactus, flowers and little parks scattered with fountains and people walking their dogs and meeting with friends. It was a lovely experience and would go back again.
