Be Aware When Ordering MNSSHP/MVMCP Tix

i went to buy my MVMCP tix over the phone the other day and i was told i had to pay the $15 federal express charge to have them mailed to me. they said i could not get them at will call because it was over 30 days until our trip (it was over 60 days when i called). i was not told that i could buy them on line and print them out either. thank god my phone call was disconnected before i ordered them.

i called the next day and found out that i didn't have to do the $15 FedEx charge and at the end of my order their computer error-ed so they didn't know if my order went through or not - i had to call a certain number the next day to see if it went through.

in the meantime i found out that i could order them on the internet.

the next day after i called and found out the phone order didn't go through, so i went on the internet, ordered the tix and printed them out!

I was able to get my tickets at will call for the halloween party and I ordered them more than 30 days out. weird.

I'm not really sure why they told you they couldn't be picked up at Will Call. I'm glad it worked out for you in the end.

Totally UNTRUE and I am sorry they told you that. How lame. I ordered mine as soon as they went on sale and am picking them up at Will Call, and that was way more than 60 days out...if the CM had thought a second they'd have realized that didn't even make sense! If they try to tell you something like that again, hang up and call back and you'll get a different CM.

That is strange b/c I called as soon as they went on sale and was never told I had to pay extra to have them held at will call or anything like that. Wasn't even offered for them to be mailed to me or told I could do them online. Still looking forward to the party in a few short weeks.

That is really strange My TA ordered mine as I was having trouble with the web site trying to order online as I wanted them mailed and the option was not showing up on the web site. My TA ordered them and they where mailed also she ordered my park hopper ticket as well and it was alson mailed and only cost me 5.00 shipping charge and we ordered them months ago.

I have done mine all three ways......and it was always my choice as to which way I wanted to receive my passes. Can't imagine why a CM would give such bad info. Well, I guess I can..more of that terrific training.

We purchased ours 3 months in advance two years in a row and each time picked them up at the resort. (BCV)

i guess i really wasn't thinking during the first call and was glad to see that i had so many other options.
