BCV Location

I am planning my first trip home to BCV. What would be the best way to request a room closest to BC (so as to limit the amount of walking we'll have to do to our room)? We will be staying in a studio. Thanks!

Maybe a courtyard view would help. Last May we had a courtyard view studio (#305), over the entrance, close to the elevators and BC. We loved it.
