bcv and switching to a 2 bedroom?

going to bcv for 5 nights in november and staying in a one bedroom.was thinking of inviting my aunt for a night and wondering if there was anyway to switch to a 2 bedroom without having to up and move our stuff for a night?i was thinking if we got a one bedroom lockoff and then half way thru had it opened up to rent that extra bedroom for that night?but then that room (that is a studio) would have to be avalible next to us and not rented to someone to do it?any idea to get around it?

You can certainly make the request, but the resort will treat it as a request only and it will not be guaranteed. You'd be wise to be prepared to have to move. You might consider just getting a studio for your Aunt.

If you were to schedule it the other way- there would not likely be any problem. Reserve a 2BR lock-off for the first night and then switch to a 1BR- they could schedule your stay and guarantee the arrangement without a problem- we've done that many times without problem.

I would check if MS has any availability at this point, from what I've heard there isn't much open for the rest of the year. You would have to see if your current reservation is for a lockoff or dedicated 1 bedroom. And if they could do a lockoff 2 bedroom for the one night. Then the front desk would have to try to coordinate the rooms. Lots of "ifs" there, I would start with availability.
