BBB questions

1) can gratuities be charged to the room, or should I bring cash?
2). If I booked the crown (45 min) package for 2:15 (only afternoon time available), will we be ok to get to royal court tea for 3:00? My daughter is really no-fuss and is going to want minimal or no makeup so I don't think it would take the entire 45 min. If everything runs on time, I think we will be okay, but do bbb appointments ever start really late?

1. They are not allowed to accept gratuities. They are rewarded by comments/reviews left on the comment cards. From what they told me they have rewards given for these.
2. It actually depends on how interactive you "godmother-in-training" is. We have had some that don't interact much and we are done within the time and some that are a lot of fun and really get into it with the girls. Those can go longer. I would arrive a few minutes early. They might get you in early then.
