Bay Lake 2 Bedroom Standard Room Request? is there elevator noise

Staying at Bay Lake 2 Bedroom Standard Dedicated room in July Are there any room requests worth making as there are only something like 10 - 15 standard dedicated rooms.
One thing i did notice in a room layout is that allot of the dedicated 2 bedrooms are close to the elevator. Are they really close to where you can hear the elevator from the room going up and down?

Joining in as we too have a 2 BR Standard Dedicated in September and was curious on the answers. I was surprised how "few" rooms there were. We have a waitlist to add a night at the beginning of our stay - not hopeful that we will get it since there isn't much inventory. (We did book a 1 BR just in case since it's just my DH & I for that night.)

We've had a 2br dedicated standard 5 times. We always ask for even number rooms as high up as they'll put it. It has always resulted in us in the front of the building facing MK. While not as good as the TPV, it's still a great view of the fireworks.

We've had the villas close to the elevator before and we never heard any noise from the elevator area.

Last time I stayed at BLT we were about 4 rooms down from the elevator and had no noise. The elevators are set in there own cubby so it didn't travel far. On the flip side maybe people were just quiet on our trip.

We were just at BLT in a lake view 1 bedroom and we were the second villa from the elevator. Didn’t hear any noise at all.
