what happens if we don't receive our cruise documents/luggage tags for our disney magic med cruise departing from Barcelona?

Do they have luggage tags we can fill in at the port in barcelona?

We are at 38 days until the DCL Med & Trans with the Magic and no packet yet. However, when we went on our Baltic Capitals cruise out of Dover last year, I think we got our stuff in the last two weeks. I know, I get anxious, too. Trust the mouse!!

Dang! We are on the same cruise on Sept 10 and it seems most everyone has received their luggage tags except us! Boo Hoo! I'll give them till Monday and then I am going to call.

It can go like that. They seem to start at 45 days but some cruises go out before others in a random order. Cruisers in our group got thirds up to just one week pre cruise. To be honest there isn't a lot in them. Luggage tags are available at the port. Just gave photo ID and a copy of your reservation.

We are on Magic on 27th Aug too! We got our docs a couple of weeks ago, but in the fb group there was someone who just received their's this week.

I still haven't received mine. But our address is currently being forwarded from the states to Spain. So I kind of expect them to come late.

We've had to use the luggage tags they provide at the port. It all worked out fine. If you want to pre-print labels to stick on them so you don't have to handwrite each one, it will make it quicker.

We are doing a B2B Med & TA starting Sept. 10 (TA is Sept. 17). Our documents/tags/etc. both came in the mail today...35 days out. We live in Oregon, usually the last state to get anything...did Walt ever build his World in Florida?

Yes, they just came by normal post, it has a Royal Mail 48 sticker on the front which means they weren't even sent First Class! It's just a booklet that is personalised for you and your cruise, showing the itinerary and excursions you have booked amongst other stuff, as well as the luggage tags. As others have said, there is nothing in it that you need or can't be replaced, it does remind you to take the form you printed at online check in but you can do that anyway!

Ours arrived at the travel agency this week for a 13th August cruise, and we get them tomorrow, which is only 4 days before we fly out to Barcelona (having a couple of days there before the cruise). It all seems a little random - I didn't know we got luggage tags or anything until reading it on here! PS. Ware Bear - are you doing B2B then? I'm still looking for a tank top!

I completely forgot our booklet the first cruise but it wasn't a problem. I had remembered the online check in form but even that wouldn't have mattered because they can print it out for you to sign there.

Yes, we're B2Bing it with the 20th and the last person still waiting in the group received their documents today. Good luck with finding your tank top although there's me thinking that was a photo of you in your avatar!
