I have gone back and forth in my mind trying to decide if this is right.....I went from ready to buy 200 pts to buying nothing.....Now I am thinking about 150 pts....Money wise 150 pts is still a lot of money, but more comfortable than going for 200....I have 4 in my family, so I think we can make 150 work .... I think most of our trips in the near future would be summertime....will they let me get a april, may, or june use year???

So many people talk about use years. I took what they gave me and couldn't care less. I've heard all the theories and I still don't think it is worth stressing about. :confused3 Also what may seem like the "best" use year now may change. Use year was only designed to be a anniversary date of when your points renew. It also dictates banking schedules, that is it. Anything else borders on obsession!!!! :rotfl2: Seriously, they will probably be able to work with you and get you the use year you want. They have probably gotten use to those requests thanks to the Dis. :goodvibes Good luck and maybe we wil be welcoming you home soon.

I agree-150 seems like a lot less (moneywise) that 200 points. I bought 150 with plans to add on later. I have 4 kids and though we need more points for longer stays, we are making the best of what we have now. If it helps-we got the 2005 points and 2006 points when we bought in Sept.
