Thats my door! :goodvibes

Your pirate costumes were great :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

So today we had to get up at the crack of dawn. Well it felt like that. We had to go through customs this morning to go to St. Thomas. Customs is done at the WD theater. I think we arrived a little before 8am and the line was out the door. It moved pretty quick. There was coffee, juice and pastries to eat and drink. Lots of people were in PJs and lots of kids were still sleeping in their parents arms. They checked passports or I guess Birth certificates and then stamped hands with the invisible ink. I am glad we got there when we did because the line was even longer when we got out.

Those who had early excursions were supposed to be there early, if you had no excursion you could go later. We had no excursion and were in no rush to get off the ship.

We headed back to the room and then we headed to Lumiere's for breakfast.

I had wanted to ride the tram, but we forgot to buy our tickets on the ship, as they are cheaper to buy from Disney then if you buy them at the actual location. Were were going to walk to the Magic and back here again but in the end decided it was too hot.

So we got back on the ship and decided we were not going back out to Paradise point. It is not super far but it was hot and we had done a bunch of walking. St. Thomas was my favorite island besides Castaway Cay. It is absolutely gorgeous and I loved the mountains. I would love to go back again.

As we were getting back on the ship, a bunch of people in firefighter gear were running around and the alarms were going off they were doing a safety drill. You can see a cast member in a PFD here

So I went back to the room and took a short nap. I placed my camera on the vanity area. When I got up I realized it was right next to the ice bucket and very cold, so I moved it away from there but it was still fogged up inside when I went to leave so we took Stephen's camera with us instead for the evening.

We headed to dinner in Animator's Palate, tonight we had the Master's Chef menu

Hi Becky. Outstanding trip report!! I love the pictures. Your flower shots are stunning :thumbsup2 Bummer about no table mates. Our family was by ourselves for our 10-day cruise and although my hubby was OK with this, I find it fun to discuss the day's events with others. Can't wait for more! :goodvibes

After dinner we headed to the WD Theater. The show was performed by Lynn Trefzger. She was a ventriloquist and was pretty good. I think this was her first time she was onboard since she had her baby, not that long ago.

We were headed through the main atrium and there was no line for Alice an Mad Hatter. Mad Hatter gave me a hard time because Alice was on my shirt and he was not

We then headed to the Rockin' D bar for Magic Quest II. It was even more fun then the first time and our team won. It is a hug scavenger hunt of things in the room. It is hilarious and I recommend you participate if they offer it.

Then it was time for the 80s Time warp, which was tons of fun. Stephen left early. But I hung out with Jen, Dan, Donna, Chris, Lisa and I am missing someone; Jay??. I had a good time hanging out with them. It was almost 2am when I left. Thanks Jen for dancing with me.

I walked around on deck 10 before heading to bed, tomorrow was my 2nd to last full day on the Magic.

Thank you! We should have linked with some DISer's but we did not. On Thursday night we discovered that the one group of DISer's 6 of them had 2 seats left at their table. But we decided to stay where we were for the last dinner and then breakfast. We were close enough to the other tables and talked to them so much, we should have combined them but it would have made it difficult for the servers had we pushed them together.

Thanks for all the pics of St thomas, Becky! DH and I are going to St John in a couple of weeks and your photos are getting me psyched! We fly into St Thomas and take the ferry to St John- it is spectacularly beautiful there.
