It's like so many other things that someone decides to try and make a "healthy" version of. It really isn't any healthier! I'd rather have the real thing in moderation.

Well, with bacon, not so much. I just rarely buy it unless it's in a recipe I'm making.

Dairy products, on the other hand, well they not be quite so "moderate"!

We had our windows open today for a bit! SO nice out (by early March NH standards). The cats were sniffing the air so hard I thought they were going to hyperventilate and pass out!

So my DS10 who recently got a signed photo and letter from Mike and Frank and Danielle ("Pickers"), today received one from "across the pond" from Bear Grylls!! He is high as a kite right now.....SO excited! It pays to sit down and hand-write a letter to your heroes!

Today is also DH's birthday. I'm making pizza for dinner, then Ghirardelli Dark-Chocolate Frosted brownies......

Morning Smileybug! I hear ya on the vacation. It's been a bad year for colds for us. I'm thankful it's been nothing worse, but it's like we just can't shake them! This one I've got is on Day 6......Really??! Ugh.
