First thank you to all that has helped me with my last post and your great feedback. Next will be a questions of cost and availability.
I would like to plan my next cruise in probably March or April of 2025 ( yes I know so far away but things of importance need to be cared for) and my Questions are when would I start looking for Cruises for that time? how far out does Disney book the earliest for trips( one year out 1,.5 out) ect...? Are they at its cheapest as soon as they make it first available to be able to book? Are there cheapest times of the year in general for DCL? Better to wait for possible promo's, if chance they have one? Strategy feedback appreciated and TIA!

Spring '25 should be available by the end of the year. Earliest booking is better. Sometimes they do offer discounts close to sailing date, but that isn't guaranteed. Sometimes there are larger discounts that they offer like 'kids sail free' for Disney+ subscribers, but they don't happen on a scheduled basis. Better to book early and then rebook later on if a better deal comes along (as long as you're outside of final payment ('PIF') date).

Cheapest times for cruising?

January - low prices, cooler temps in the Caribbbean

A little more expensive in February

March and April - Spring Break and Easter see big jumps in crowds - hence in price

Late April into May - nice weather in the Caribbean and kids back in school = lower prices

June / July / August - some of the highest prices and crowds

September after Labor Day - shoulder season for much of the travel world; lower prices and smaller crowds with school back in session

October thru mid-November are also good. New Jersey and other states have a Fall Break for schools, but this does not have the really big increase in price

Thanksgiving week - price jump

December first two weeks - another shoulder season. Nice weather, low crowds, good prices. Need to avoid air travel the weekend after Thanksgiving

Christmas and New Year’s - some of the highest prices.
….
These used to be the times that WDW offered discounts on hotels, free dining, and Run Disney events - to get people into the parks.
