Autograph & Activity book covers

Hi, I was looking for help with some personalized covers for our trip in September? If anyone can create/has made the following:

5x7 (landscape) autograph book cover saying Derek, 2018. A green army guy theme? If not possible, maybe something with pirates?

2 different 5×7 (portrait) activity book covers...maybe a Toy Story theme for Zack, 2018 and a Nightmare Before Christmas theme for Derek, 2018
