Aulani chances standard studio

What are the odds of getting a standard studio 7 months out? We are hoping for 5 nights anytime after Memorial Day.

Slim to none, I would say for dates after May 31, 2018 as the Hawaiian schools let out that day and local Aulani owners book the standard views up at the 11 month mark, especially around weekends during the summer break.

Standard view studios tend to fill for multiple days of any given week before 7 months out year round, and time right after Memorial Day is no exception, and by end of first week of June you are fully into Aulani's second highest demand time of the year (behind Christmas week) when getting any rooms at all at 7 months out can be difficult.

Or is the 2nd week of December any easier to get in a studio? Less crowded?
