August Exercise Challenge

After what seems like a long hiatus, I got to the gym and did 30 minutes of weights and 35 minutes on the treadmill. I really have to step up the pace if I am going to make my goal, but I think I can do it!

Please add another 90 minutes to my total. That takes me to 720/1000.

I slacked off a little bit so I have some ground to make up. But I will do my best to make my goal.
 
50 minutes at the gym this morning brings me to 1130/1240!!! I can see the finish line!!!
 
30 mins interval training on the treadmill. Plus 15 minutes of strength training on the total gym.

Takes me up to 584/800 :)
 

I only had time for a 30min. walk today bringing my total to 1505/1600.
 
Well I'm there........ my goal!!!!! :banana: :cheer2: :banana: I did 20 min on TM this afternoon which puts me at 1010/1000. I was so dedicated to doing some kind of exercise everyday, I think I need to increase my goal for next month!

Dh wanted to do another 30min. walk tonight so I made my 60min. of exercise for the day bringing my total to 1535/1600!
 
I have been bad and forgetting to post here when I change my exercise times...lol


I am up to 715/800... OMG!!! I can do this, I will make my goal, I am just so excited!!! :banana: :banana: :cool1: :cool1: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Good news too, my foot is healed :) no more dr visits, no more being oh so careful (ok so I will stiil be a little bit careful). However, my tendon's on my toe are very tight so my big toe sticks up slighly but hopefully with some more time it will loosen, if not and it's bugging me I can have it fixed with an other surgery...YUCK!

Got in 80 minutes on the TM bringing my total to 943/1400! :cheer2:
 
1180/1240 after an hour at the gym this morning. Now comes the hard part-the Y is closed for a week!!! I've got to get the rest of the way without it!
 
30min. of interval training on treadmill
30min. of aerobics.
Total is now 1595/1600. I am sooooo close to goal, that I have to do a little bit extra today to get to goal!!!!!
 
Did 40 minutes with Biggest Loser and the elliptical, bringing my total to 983/1400. :goodvibes
 
Another 60 minutes running this morning, now 1085/1300, almost there! :sunny:
 
Woohoo!! Dh and I just went on a brisk walk for 30min. helping me meet my exercise goal for the month!!!! I'm so excited. I'm going to try to get to 2000 by the end of the month!
1625/1600.
 
Alright! up 120 more minutes! DD has been walking with me a bit this week. I am going on my walk for today in a bit. We live in a very safe area, and the walks at night are just wonderful!

Off and running (or in my case, walking!)
