August Exercise Challenge

With the 150 minutes I did over the weekend, I am now at 605/900. I have been keeping track over on my WISH journal but wanted to come over and update on this thread too. Thanks!
 
Got my LW done on Saturday for 95 minutes, bringing my total to 803/1400.
 
LAZY weekend, but back on track this morning. 2 miles on the treadmill and weights. 950/1240
 

Add 90 minutes for the last few days! 550/800

Gettin' back into the regular exercise routine today. 60min. of interval treadmill training bringing my total to 1355/1600.
 
I'm at 787/1500 after the weekend.
 
Just adding another 80 minutes to my total. That brings me up to 630/1000.

60min. of Taebo today bringing my total to 1415/1600. The finish line is in sight!!
 
I am at 700/900. Feels so good! I am training for a 5k in September. Was just planning on walking it but am trying to get back into jogging for it so we will see. I am upping my workout times so hopefully that will help me get ready for the 5k and then.... keep going!!! Now, if I could only get my eating more in check!
