I keep forgetting to update this thread (even though I updated my sig). I haven't gotten nearly enough gym time in to make my goal this month (which I did set pretty high, lol)
As of today I am at 600/1500. That is counting only gym time, not walking the dog, or swimming, or hiking, or any of the other active things I do every day anyway. I don't feel too bad though, since I have lost 5.8 pounds this month so far anyway.
I am finally over the halfway point! I am now at 1080/2000. Doesn't look like I am going to make goal again this month. I have no idea where my motivation has gone. Sure hope I find it soon!
I figured out yesterday that I need to do 100 minutes a day for the rest of the month to make my goal...so today I did 105! 60 minutes in the gym (elliptical, weights, crunches) and then 45 minutes walking laps in the pool.
